Based in Norwest in Sydney’s North West, Molokini is a professional business conducting business coaching, focusing primarily on small to medium sized business owners. In short, we help businesses grow and prosper by providing a profitable and sustainable future for their families and staff.
Molokini is a volcanic crater 20 miles off the coast of the island of Maui in Hawaii. Certainly a beautiful and pristine playground for sealife and tourists, Molokini has managed to stay above water thousands of years! The island is part of the Hawaiian Archipelego, made up of 137 islands.

Paul Steer
It can be said that Paul has been around, well sort of. His 20 years of business consulting has taken around the world a few times. Paul has worked with companies in Australia, Asia, Europe, Middle East and the USA. Paul has spent his career delivering positive outcomes in Sales & Marketing for a range of companies in the Automotive, Marine, Construction and Trade Services industries. With a unique view of the world as a marketer, Paul is able to craft niches for businesses. Particularly businesses that are seeking the edge on their competition and have fun doing it.
In the past 5 years he has transitioned from consulting to coaching after seeing the need to assist business owners grow. Paul does this by utilising their inner ability to deliver their skills and lead their teams. Paul understands that it is not about what you achieve or how you achieve it but it is about who you do it with. As a result, Paul believes that makes the difference to how much you enjoy what you do.
Cindy Steer
Cindy loves connecting and being with people. Cindy has spent her adult life working with all types of people, largely in the health & travel industries. She is 28 years married with 2 adult children. She is formally trained in Mind Based Stress Relief (MBSR) and Mindfulness & Meditation, as well as in Sales (Dale Carnegie), Marketing (ADPMS) and Travel (Cert IV, Travel & Tourism).

“I’m very curious about life, and as such I am always learning and evolving. For example, I love seeing people thrive. This is why I coach awareness in people’s professional and private lives.
I believe with the right mindset we can all be leaders, regardless of our position in life. It is about having a sense of inner guidance, compassion for others and a willingness to serve.
Lastly, learning ways to find the gap in-between stimulus and response can be what makes or breaks a business deal. Whether it be a business or personal relationship, the difference between a beneficial discussion or an argument that achieves little or no benefit for either party.”
